Rosie is a great doll. Wonderfully made, soft skin, nice weight, and feels great. Before buying I had some questions, and received helpful communication with Customer Service, friendly and fast to respond. All in all, great experience.

This isn’t my first order from Tantaly . I’ve bought from them before, and I recently ordered a new model. I’m really happy with everything. The material feels even nicer to the touch than before, the body has realistic curves, and the skin is soft and pleasant to handle. The holes are excellent. Taking care of the doll is easy and simple, and I really like that it comes with a storage cover. Delivery was fast too. Overall, only positive impressions. I’ll definitely be ordering again and again. Customer support is also great. In my opinion, these are the best sex dolls on the market.

I purchased this to explore specific fantasies such as having a threesome with my partner and to have a tangible outlet that felt more immersive than regular toys. A realistic look at what its like to use a high-end silicone doll. I give it a perfect 10/10 overall for using sex dolls to improve our sexual wellness.

Disappointing customer service. An unauthorized purchase was made by our minor child, and although Tantaly refunded the merchandise after we returned it, they refused to offer even partial reimbursement for the return shipping. Given the circumstances, I expected more flexibility and customer consideration. While, I recognize the company waived the 15% restocking fee. Our shipping was over 300 for something we did not authorize. There should be something that Tantaly can do to prevent illegal purchases as this was purchased by a minor without authorization. So, waiving the 15% was not a gesture of goodwill. Giving us some money back for correctly shipping their goods back would be.

Hello there, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We completely understand your frustration. An unauthorized purchase by a minor is a stressful situation for any parent. We would like to clarify our policies regarding this matter. According to the refund instructions at the bottom of our return policy page, a 15% product replenishment fee is normally deducted upon the return of merchandise, and return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer. However, given the unique nature of your case and to show our goodwill, our team has reviewed your order and made an exception: we have completely waived the 15% replenishment fee and arranged a full refund for your merchandise. We’re sorry that our handling of the return did not meet your expectations. We truly value your feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we can offer better customer consideration and flexibility. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team directly. Best regards, Tantaly Customer Service Team

I had always wanted to have an experience with a transgender person, and since my local environment couldn't offer that, the company Tantaly stepped in to meet this need with their "Sarina." Excellent quality doll, it looks and feels very realistic. Delivery was incredibly fast and discreet, and the Tantaly team is always available with quick and direct answers. If doing business with everyone were like this, the world would be a much friendlier place. Thank you Tantaly.
