Very disappointing to place an order…
Very disappointing to place an order completely just to get a call saying the order could not be fulfilled. The colors ordered were not available. Tried to UPSELL to a more expensive product with no discount offered for it being your company's mistake or for the inconvenience.

Hello Cindy Thank you for contacting Tansclub.com... We have looked into your concern and found that we received your order on Saturday July 22nd 2023. We downloaded your order on Monday July 24th. The packing department notified the office that the 22x22x31 Polyester Solid Purple Triangle Bandannas were out of stock. We called and left 2 voicemails on Monday July 24th at 2:17 pm about the issue with your order. In the voicemails, we advised of having an optional item and mentioned the details of the item. We received your call back the same day and you requested to remove the out of stock items and ship the balance. Per your request, we removed the out of stock item and shipped the rest of the order. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee availability as inventory changes everyday. An optional item was offered, You decided to decline the item and ship the rest of the order.
