I wish I had found this reward program years ago! I'm a small business and don't do much volume on customer rewards, so Tango Card is a perfect fit for me. The website is very easy to use, and my clients love being to choose their own gift card from among many that are available. Tango has been a great resource to branch out rewards to employees. I was a recipient of Tango's E-Card and found my company at the time began to use this form to reward us, since we began to go virtual. I moved companies and advocated to use Tango. 1. The employee choses the type of vendor they would like and can break up the amount of the reward toward a different vendor, if they wish to do so. The great part too is there is NO expiration date. Needless to say, I have "sold" the idea of using Tango to the current company I work for, and everyone gives positive feedback. This adds a personal touch to the virtual side to the employees. The Tango rewards system is extremely easy to use, navigate, and personalize for what I need. The options within the rewards catalog is more extensive than other vendors I've seen. Plus, the times I've needed customer service, they've been extremely responsive.
