My son recently visited your new venue in Sadler St durham end of Jan he raved about the nachos korean style and his mum said burger was great ! So he tempted myself to sample which we did a week later ! incidentally we travelled from Gateshead to try ! and we were not dissapointed . However my son and his mum visited again 6 th Feb ordered very much the same as before and were very dissapointed with the Quality of food and indeed the response from staff when approached about the amount of salt/ papika on nachos which were not edible to be honest . My son explained to member of staff and explained they were not the best and staff member said ok ! no offer to replace the food that was put in front of them nor a discount to say apologies ??? We frequented your old venue on Elvett bridge prior for my grand daughters graduation a year or so ago and we were not dissapointed but to be tret with contempt just doesnt bode well in my opinion ! by the way to add fuel to the fire i deliver beer wines and spirits via Matthew Clarks and spoke highly of my visit recently about quality and customer service .Be very interested to hear of your response to the issues that occured Kind Regards

Tango is great as there are so many options to choose from. Our employees love it! The only downside to it is you cannot setup gift cards to be sent out at a later date.

We give out $25 Tango Rewards quarterly to our employees as an incentive. Everyone likes it because there are so many different companies to choose from. You are also able to split the $25 between more than one vendor if you wish. It is a quick and easy way to reward employees without having to mail out actual gift cards and pay the convenience fee that stores charge for the major gift card companies like Visa and Amex.

I commonly distribute gift cards to customers and find this to be a great tool to streamline and track the process. The ability to mass upload lists of recipients and resend links, as needed, is particularly helpful.

Tango is definitely one of the top contenders for rewards and incentive management solutions for a business. Their interface is tidy, the support experience is good and most importantly reward redemption speed and experience is seamless

About 2 years ago I proposed TangoRewards at my day job since we were giving out gift cards to users in lieu of their browsing data. The API was seamless to integrate with really good API docs and they had a wide variety of gift card catalog. We had a technical issue in the start where we gave unlimited rewards to some users and Tango had failsafes in place where it stopped us from going above $10k USD spending per day and it saved a lot of money for us. Still using them after 2 years for our Charity Rewards and Gift Cards. Great experience. I'd highly recommend. Cut away one star because there is a lack of proper spending and reporting on their admin panel. Also they didn't inform us to set up stop gaps when we signed up for them initially which could've saved us atleast 7k when we ran into the aforementioned bug.

Really Great Tool! Our employees have really loved Tango and we have not had any issues with the service. I wish they would allow for a different funding method, but other than that it has been great!

We use Tango card for our business. The process for working with them is very intuitive and their customer service responds quickly to resolve any problems.
