Just plain difficult to get my money.
And help - its non-existent. I will avoid this payment option forever if I have the choice.
Then they insisted I prove I was a customer. - Yes a very unhappy customer

Don't accept gift cards from this company.
I received a Tango gift card for Amazon from a survey app, I've tried multiple times to activate it but I keep getting the same error message over and over again, I've emailed their "support" but never received a reply so I'm guessing they've pocketed my money. Don't accept gift cards from this company, they've been flagged as a possible scam.

Please DO NOT use these guys
Please DO NOT use these guys, and for any companies which promises you to give your reards through these people- do not proceed. I was promised something, and wasn honored. Utterly disappointed to see firms like Capterra using these folks to give rewards for true and honest reviews.

Misleading Terms and Conditions and bad Customer Service
If you want a gift card, avoid this confusing middle-man.
I am not sure what the purpose of this company is. I was given a Tango Card gift card option as a thank you for some time I gave.
At first I thought, oh great, I get to choose from a selection of establishments, however was wary that all the choices were very America brands. (I am based in the UK you see)
So, after spending a TON of time reading through Tango Cards terms and conditions for each one, I chose the Adidas gift card.
Now, on the actual gift card I got sent, and I quote, it said: 'Usable up to balance only to buy goods or services at adidas retail stores in the United States OR online at adidas.com.'
By the way, here are the FULL terms and conditions for using this gift card with Tango Card:
"Terms & Conditions: Usable up to balance only to buy goods or services at adidas retail stores in the United States or online at adidas.com. Not redeemable for cash except as required by law. Not a credit or debit card. Promotional offers or discounts are not redeemable towards the purchase of Gift Cards. Safeguard the card. It will not be replaced or replenished if lost, stolen, or used without authorization. adidas America Inc. (AAI) is the issuer and sole obligor to card owner. AAI may delegate its issuer obligations toan assignee, without recourse. If delegated, the assignee, not AAI, will be sole obligor to card owner. Purchase, use or acceptance of card constitutes acceptance of these terms. For balance or other inquiries, visit {contact info not allowed on here}."
So i thought, wonderful, its annoying there isn't more international options, but at least here I can order online at adidas.com and then sort out the shipping.
So I accept the terms and conditions, go to use my gift card at adidas.com.... unsuccessfully.
I get in touch with Tango Card, and they say they don't know why I can't use the card. (It is clear to me they don't even understand what they are selling and the terms that come with those products)
So I go back to Adidas.com and after some research, it turns out I need to physically be in the US to use this gift card online(!!!) - some impressive tech, sure - but annoying for me at the same time!!!
After telling Tango Card that I was not made aware of this and there is no mention of this in their terms and conditions (and they should consider updating them), they keep saying that there is 'nothing they can do' and to go as Adidas.
Why should I ask Adidas? I read YOUR terms and conditions, and bought the gift card from YOU.
So now I am 250USD out of pocket, due to TangoCards shoddy service and general bad customer information or non-existent help. I asked to speak to a manager but have been ghosted.
Just save yourself the hassle and don't use this company.
Bad website, bad customer service, misleading information and can't even write their own Terms and Conditions correctly.
I am currently reaching out to Consumer Standards.

Good if you don't want to redeem the cards...
Tango was great for a few months then they were unable to deliver emails successfully. We provided them with countless server logs from Microsoft showing them that their emails with redemption codes were never being delivered. Microsoft confirmed they were not hitting their servers (mind you how many millions of emails Microsoft delivers a day). Their support was slow and difficult to work with.

Have two tango cards
Have two tango cards, from two different surveys I did. Both cards show zero balance, And I had money on both cards. Customer service horrible, do not help. There only purpose for existing, is to tell you your screw. Great security there, would give it a big minus, check out my review on Google map, briandelano5, coming up. Another horrible company, that should not exist.

Not happy to receive this "Gift"
I wish I could give a -5 rating. Got suckered into this scheme without realizing the referral link I was given for a PPP loan application was NOT cash. Who needs a limited crap card in this pandemic economy?
