Voice quality was not good
Unfortunately recently the voice quality is not very good, I hope you can improve it

Below Average
The service is OK however they change prices by extremely higher margin without they notify you. When we call to talk to someone no one is there to answer your questions, but connection is good.

Can be better service
Not very connection access Usually I have to call 5-6 times to a number to get the phone call connection

I think the price of the products are a little high. I want to change to new one but It needs some effort and time and finally I will do that. also there is no prize for loyal costumers.
