My order was held up at UPS and I reached out because I was out of food the next day and they 24 hr air shipped it to me at no cost. It was so prompt, she didn’t miss any meals and I thought the gesture was so kind and generous. I recommend this company to everyone.

Just wanted to acknowledge the great customer service and follow up when I had a question on my food order. I now realize that to keep free shipping they need a minimum of two bags ordered at a time. Just want to say I have tried three different variety's now for my dog Schatzi and she loves them all. Customer service is amazing. I will continue to order this food and if you are on the fence, you get what you pay for. Great quality for your dog.

They followed up on how Candy was enjoying her food. I was having delivery issues and they rush a few bags very quickly. They also informed me when the items shipped and when I could expect delivery and when it was delivered to ensure I did receive the items.

When my order was going to be late they shipped me what I needed overnight. In addition, anytime I need help with anything they get back to me right away and help me with whatever I need. On top of that my dog gets so excited to eat every day she loves the food.
