Yet to be Delivered
I ordered on November 25 and it still has not arrived. The website still says my order would arrive 5-9 business days. The tracking says it still has not left on a boat from China yet. Terrible. I have emailed multiple times with no response. I have asked for a refund but I doubt that will happen.

I must retract my earlier comment because soon after I started receiving updates on my package and eventually it was located and received . Gabi from their customer service was responding promptly and resolved the delivery .

Disapointed
Disapointed in this service and looks like im not the only one, ordered on the 6th of Decemeber. Its now 18th but its not here. Ordered for a christmas game to play with the family but we travel down on the 20th and I dont hold high hopes on it arriving. The shipping updates show it sitting for days on end in a sorting facility in China. I would be less disapointed if they were just honest about shipping times.

Customer service is great
Customer service is great! I was helped by Gabi. Arrived in the mail quickly too. It's a well designed set of cards (I'm a designer so you know this compliment is real). Can't wait to play the game with family and close friends.

No delivery & no response to emails to retailer
I ordered this game on 5 December for a birthday present needed on the 17th December. The website and order said delivery would be 4-9 days. On the 15th it hadn’t been received and tracking didn’t show any movement so I emailed the company asking for a refund as I would have to buy another gift. There was no reply to this, or to the other emails I have sent asking for a refund. I now see the tracking shows it has been on a flight but it’s not been updated since the 17th December. I am disappointed with the lack of response for my request for a refund for an item which hasn’t arrived within the stated delivery time.

This company practices theft
This company practices theft! I ordered a game for my family for Christmas. The payment cleared my bank for $47.02. I contacted of course online customer service. They claim no record and recommended I order another one? What is this BS. Bought paid for no product delivered and their advice is to buy another one! Do not buy from them they are thieves!!!!!
