I got all the Tales
I got all the Tales! We began using the Kids Edition with our son who has autism. He’s not used to being asked questions about himself, his opinions, or his memories. It’s definitely not a “scripted” answer, so he’s got to really think about the answers. I’m hopeful they will help him.

Excellent customer care
I ordered some cards on 14th December but sadly they didn’t arrive in time for Christmas. I emailed the company and got a very quick response. They were incredibly helpful and promptly arranged a refund. Whilst it is disappointing that I didn’t receive the cards, their customer service was excellent. I would definitely order from them again, but would allow more time for delivery next time.

I had an issue receiving my order in the 2-3 day period over the holidays. Jefferson promptly reimbursed the extra shipping I paid. I really appreciate that customer service and will definitely purchase from Tales.com again.

The product is a fantastic way to get family together and keep them entertained instead of watching TV or movies or staring at cell phones. The Tales customer service team were professional, prompt and honest. A breath of fresh air. Whatever they are doing over there, they are doing right. Shout out to Jefferson. He was a fantastic help during my brief interaction with customer service!

Brilliant customer service
My delivery didn’t arrive in time for Christmas so I emailed Christmas Day night and got a reply Boxing Day morning with an apology and a link to a downloadable version!!! Brilliant customer service 🙌

Tales found the perfect solution!
When the deck of cards - Family Edition - that I ordered for our Family Christmas 'virtual game at a distance', weren't going to arrive on time (stuck in transit on Christmas Eve), Jefferson from Tales offered immediately to send me the digital version of the cards so that we could still play the game and ask each other the questions over video, even if the package of cards hadn't actually arrived in the mail yet. I found this a brilliant solution to the dilemma we were facing and I am so grateful for their quick and prompt ability to problem solve! Thanks Tales, for saving our Family Christmas game! Kris
