Hello Heather, Thank you for taking the time to point this out — you're absolutely right, and we truly appreciate it. The Western Isles are very much part of Scotland, not England, and we’re already looking into correcting this geographical mistake. We’re also sorry to hear you had trouble getting in touch with us. Could you let us know what went wrong when you tried to submit your feedback? You can always reach us directly at [email protected] we’re here to help and always open to improving. Hello Kegan. Thank you for sharing your experience. At Talent.com, our goal is to offer real and relevant job opportunities, and we're sorry you found a job posting that didn't meet those expectations. The job postings on our platform come from multiple external sources, so sometimes content may appear that doesn't meet our standards. We're continually working to improve our filters and ensure better quality results. We appreciate you reporting this situation. If you find questionable postings, we invite you to report them directly or write to us at [email protected] so we can review them.

Hello! Thank you for sharing your comments. We regret that the salary information on our platform did not meet your expectations. We want to clarify that on Talent.com, salary ranges are generated from aggregated data from various sources, including published job postings and aggregated data from third parties. Therefore, they may not accurately reflect all real-life situations. However, we understand the importance of improving accuracy, especially in regional contexts, and we are constantly working on it. This is also why we always recommend using these ranges as approximate, not definitive, guidelines. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve. If you would like to send us more details or suggestions, please email us at [email protected]; our support team will be happy to review them.

Hello Michael! Thank you for sharing your thoughts, and we're truly sorry to hear about your experience. We completely understand how disheartening it can be to come across job adverts that appear to be new, only to find out they’re outdated or no longer available. This is certainly not the experience we want for our users. Occasionally, there can be a delay in how quickly our system updates job listings, which might result in expired roles still being visible. We're actively working on improving the refresh rate of our listings and enhancing our quality checks to minimise these occurrences. We really appreciate you highlighting this issue, as feedback like yours helps us do better. Thank you again, and we hope to offer you a smoother and more reliable experience in the future. Best regards,

Hello Rick. We're sorry to hear about the situation you've described. However, we’d like to clarify that Talent.com is an intermediary between candidates and employers. We only host job offers on our website to offer you a list of opportunities, therefore we do not review your applications or participate in the selection process of any job offer displayed on our platform. Once a job advertisement expires, it is automatically removed to maintain the accuracy and reliability of our listings. Keeping expired or outdated offers visible would go against our commitment to providing the best possible experience for all users. Unfortunately, if a listing has expired, we’re unable to retrieve or verify its previous content. While we regret that this has affected your job search, we must reiterate that we are not responsible for changes made by third-party employers. We wish you the best in your continued job search.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry for the confusion regarding the train driver ad. We understand how frustrating it can be to see a role listed that no longer appears on the official website. Please rest assured we are working to improve the quality of the content. Sometimes there may be a short delay in refreshing our database, which can result in roles still appearing on our platform even after they've been removed or filled elsewhere. We’re actively working on reducing these delays to provide a more accurate and trustworthy experience. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope you’ll consider giving us another try in the future. Best regards,
