We thought we'd try Take 5 and took our car to a San Antonio location #0196. Less than 12 miles after the service, the car seized up and was not functional, and we had to have it towed to the mechanic. Upon inspection, they determined the Timing Chain in the engine was damaged and need to be replaced, along with replacing the oil and several accessories. Total estimated damages $5,649.69. On March 15, I personally went to the location and talked to the manager (I believe his name was Nicolas, but am not sure). I gave him the paperwork and explained the situation. He assured me he had what he needed and would get with the district manager and get back with us, and would probably file a claim. To date (almost two months) we have had NO follow-up from anyone at Take 5. Needless to say, I do not recommend Take 5 at this point.

I brought my Audi S4 in for a full service? Oil change in Largo Fl. Horrible from the get go, I opted for the Mobil1 5/30 instead got something 10/40 that doesn’t work well with euro cars. Next day I was already down a quart or they did not fill it up.. I thing for $226.00 for an oil change you think it would be done somewhat right? No reset of the oil reminder in the on board computer, no checking of fluids and no checking of the things they said they checked I went the Audi dealership 4 days later and got it done right.. and had all the fluids checked and topped off for you trip back to Massachusetts

Charged me a $116.00 for an oil change, this is incredibly excessive. Will not return again!

*** WARNING *** These clowns don't have a clue what they're doing. We decided to give them a chance and it was a disaster. They stripped the plug and couldn't figure out how to remove it. When I got home I was able to with a pair of Vise-Grips. They also couldn't figure out how to replace the oil filter. NOT KIDDING! I tried telling them three times it was the wrong filter and they wouldn't listen. While all of that was taking place they were having issues with the other two cars next to us. Watching the bearded idiot running the place (who showed up late to work mind you) trying to figure all of this out was enough to leave. They offered to pay for the plug they ruined if I went next door to the tire place for an oil change and paid double lol. I decided to go to the stealership instead and gave the bill for the plug to the manager at Take 5. He refused to reimburse me the few buck it cost to replace the plug they destroyed so now the whole world gets to read this. Avoid this place at all costs!

I went to Take Take 5 Shop 1183, on South Pleasntburg Drive. And Lee and DeShaun changed my oil, and also changed my cabin air filter. It was in rough shape.

Horrible. Last time I was there, I paid $110. High, but I did it. This time "prices had increased." Quoted me $176. Did it myself. Oil and filter cost $56. So $120 for 10 minutes of changing oil? Complete rip off.
