I just had an interaction with support and they responded fairly quickly, were friendly, and answered all questions I had. 10/10!

This is an app for LGBT folks why are yall even allowing STRAIGHT people on here! Like can we get a damn space! Is this app not advertised for gays and lgbtq+ community! Get it tf together. Shit is sick yall really need to update and CHANGE some thangs around with this app. The shit is annoying asf. And not only do yall allows straights they also harass gay folks. If anything folks can sue yall for false advertising! This shit is absurd!

Thank you for the honest review, MacKenzie! Taimi is an LGBTQIA+ app, meaning we're open to users of all genders and sexualities. We should clarify, however, that your profile will only be shown to people who match your gender preferences (sexuality); this means that it's technically impossible for you to receive likes from people whose gender you are not interested in. The same applies to other users; you won't see their profile if they haven't specified interest in your gender. This allows for catered results and a personalized experience for each of our users. Since we're a large community, it's inevitable that some can break our rules and engage in inappropriate behavior in the app. That's why we count on our users to report these threats to us so we can act on them immediately and make sure Taimi remains a safe space for our members. 💜 Could you please contact us at [email protected] or directly via the in-app Live Support Chat (Profile > Settings > Help & Support) to report the profiles in question? We're available 24/7 to process your reports and take immediate action.
