When I purchased the app I was disappointed in my results finding Trans Women. Seth at customer service showed me how I made a mistake when setting up my profile. With a little help he had me finding a big increase in Trans Women. I’m very happy with the results

SCAM!!! I purchased a Silver membership because I wanted to contact a lady. Still can’t send a message without paying by the minute to chat. Dating sites all suck. This is the Dyson of shitty scams

Hi, Arun! Thank you for the honest review. 😊 If you still couldn't contact this profile after upgrading to Silver, most likely, they were a visitor ("admirer"). Being a visitor/admirer means that someone saw your profile but didn't like it. We would also like to clarify that once two users have a mutual like, chatting is completely free. No payments or subscriptions are required, and especially no "paying by the minute." Anyhow, we would like to invite you to reach out to us at [email protected] or via the in-app Live Support Chat so we can get to the bottom of this and improve your experience. We look forward to your message! 🌈

They took me reporting one of the users seriously and I don't know if he was taken off the app but it helped a lot that it was taken seriously

It’s damn expensive, it’s probably 10 times expensive than most popular apps such as Hinge and bumble. It’s mostly for LGBT community and instead of helping seems like he’s scamming. I swear i am gonna open my own platform with almost free all access accessibility. This is crazy super expensive as hell. Dumb CEO, he should focus on attracting more clients with bit marginal profit rather than getting all the profits from few clients.

Hi, Prince! Thank you very much for the sincere review. 🌈 We apologize for leaving you with such a negative impression of the app. We continuously revise the app's pricing scheme to best meet our users' needs, and your feedback will be duly considered. Thank you for speaking your mind. Furthermore, we'd like to point out that the app's basic features are entirely free, and the premium access is completely optional! If you'd like, we're available 24/7 via [email protected] and our in-app Live Support Chat to help you make the most of our free version. 😊
