I booked the same abo/subscription in the time span of three weeks and even had the tag "chosen last time" in the Store but did not get the same Features. The Support simply quoted the bylaws that they are free to change the Service and that it is my on fault for not checking every Function again. It is to say the least very misleading and for that price I expect bitter service

Le fait que j'ai payé cher pour mon porte-monnaie pour parler avec un de mes admirateurs mais qu’à plusieurs reprises l’accès à la conversation a été supprimé alors que j’avais débloquer la possibilité de lui parler à deux reprises et que j’ai aussi envoyé des likemessages mais surtout en plus les bots qui likent des profils de vieux aléatoires ou de personnes que je ne trouve pas attirante en mon absence et envoient des messages aléatoire ça m’a soulé, j’ai qd même réussi à me faire des potes mais je suis qd même déçu face au rêve qui m’était vendu et puis ne pas avoir droit de mettre son insta pour échanger librement... je cris à la dictature...

First time back in years, and reaches out to support over some frustration with the apps moderation system and wanted to give feedback. To my surprise, I actually heard back from support rather quickly, and I explained in detail what was going on, why I thought it hurt the user experience and explained my confusion. Support was incredibly professional, personable, understanding and patient. They answered my questions, sent me resources and helped get what I was trying to put in my about me fixed so I stopped being flagged. I understand why many apps have begun moderating so heavily but more often than not that moderating usually makes the apps miserable to use, or you are typically just flagged and banned automatically without clear warnings or understanding so for this app to spend the time, be engaged and be open to what I was saying I was thoroughly impressed. I've never left a review like this for am app before but wanted to share how much I appreciated this type of approach especially given that we live in a automated world, that seems less and less interested with making it's user base feel heard and prioritized. So to whomever helped me tn thank you!
