Several bugs make posting a pain and slow at times, as well as not handling scheduling that happens after a change in time (clocks going forward) which means your schedule will be an hour out. Error in posting meaning having to refresh the page when it suggests instagram names. Customer services said it was my browser, despite showing videos of it happening on multiple different machines. Asked for a refund of this month so i could go elsewhere, simply stopped responding to customer services emails. Avoid.

It's been 3 weeks since I contact their support that I can't use my tailwind app. They got a bug, and I couldn't Recreate Schedule. The chat agent suggested me that if he reset my account that error will be fixed, and he told me that I will also lose my other settings too, including board lists. But I asked him to do it if he can only give back my wasted time in support. He did it anyway, and it didn't fix anything, also as he said I lost all my settings too including boards list. After that, I was asking for a refund or a new subscription in a new account, he simply stopped responding. Be careful, even when you are paid customer in tailwind app, you have no guarantee that you will get the service.

Tailwind is an all around great tool for scheduling, creating and tracking the Pinterest and Instagram accounts for my business. I love them!

I love Tailwind, definitely worth the expense to have the pro version. Helps me stay organised, space pins, plan out pin campaigns.
