Tailored TackleReviews of tailoredtackle.com

Honestly best customer service out of any company I have ordered from I had a situation with something I ordered and they made sure that I was taken care of 5 stars they are true best

Great quality products. Great customer service. Great for any type of fisherman.

I have really enjoyed getting back into fishing recently largely because I am using quality gear and techniques that I trust will work. I got the gear and the know-how from Tailored Tackle. I strongly recommend reading the excellent guides and watching the videos provided free of charge from Tailored Tackle and then make a smart purchase of the necessaries for fishing from their line. In terms of ordering, delivery and meeting expectations, I am totally happy with Tailored Tackle. I purchased the Freshwater Fishing Kit and the Multispecies Rod Reel Combo. I have caught bass and trout with the gear and following the awesome instructions in the guide that comes along with the Kit. Ed and his colleagues really do care about people enjoying fishing and their guides and gear show it. I recommend that you check out their website if you want to get ready to fish!

Ed really cares about his products and customer service! I let him know that I was having an issue and he responded right away with a solution. His information and books are a great resource for all! I printed a few out for the Veterans in our building and they were glued to it like a hawk. Even some of the seasonal anglers in our building wanted a copy to reference as well. Cheers to you and your team and I look forward to years of resources you will provide and no doubt will I be using it for my family!

Ed goes way farther than he needs to, every business could learn from his customer service, even offering to personally deliver to me or overnite freight free to my son inlaw. once again Ed your company is the best and thanks again for delivering the goods.

Excellent products and after sales service; Ed provides responsive advice to all questions. Strongly recommend this company to anyone seeking clarity on the overabundance of fishing kit available.

Ed worked with me to insure I would get my Baitcaster and lures on time while we were traveling. I really like being able to take the reel apart to fix the backlash. Thanks Ed.

Great products and excellent customer service!
