First of all, the reel was on sale and beat all competitors in pricing. Second, the reel was shipped out the same day at no charge. Third, Captain Tac included a small unexpected “thank you gift” which broke a smile out of me. Thank you Captain Tac! Danny

Captain Tac’s website was accurate and the owner was extremely helpful. He also responded back to emails in a timely manner and assisted me with purchasing Wing Ding lures. He was the only person who had them and I searched all over for 2 days. I highly recommend Captain Tac.
