Great customer service! There was a slight hiccup that made me think I wouldn't get my gear in time for a trip, but Ed got on it and got everything worked out. Even sent me a helpful video for the area I'm going to fish. There's seriously not enough companies let this anymore.

This is a great way to start fishing. I haven't been fishing since I was a kid which is decades ago. So, it is so helpful to get the right gear organized with clear instruction about fishing, each lure and cleaning. Very clear concise booklet come with the array of baits and lures. Very happy. Customer service was also top notch, now if they would just come tie the knots for me and the rain stops, I am ready to begin.
