Dear Patrick, Thanks for writing review, we have taken your feedback About button we used, are rolling buttons so they are not fixed to the base lock but rolls and it will be loose, but be assured that the lock will not wore off unless extreme physical force is applied. We are working towards getting more detailed and good looking buttons and your feedback will be taken in process of finalising About the selection of fabric, as these are custom made jeans, made from raw denim, having different washes, it is not feasible to provide swatches, as swatches has to be made from each raw fabric , sampled first, and washed and processed before they can be made into final swatches, it is costly process, and also time consuming, which is why we make sample from new fabric and get it photo graphed, again we can't use model for photography for selection of fabric, as these denim are not like ready made jeans, we offer unique denim and each have different parameters, texture and weight, hence it has to be photograph of denim (color may look different on model due to lighting, even for sample they may look different on different devices hence we don't want to complicate things, and have customer fighting with us over color of denim as, same denim washed different batch might have some difference and also single denim sample may look different in sunlight and in shadow. Thanks marrie, Next time when you order just put it in notes on check out, if you have any special request like this one (pocket depth) It's nice of you to write a review, because it is very unlikely in this busy world people writes good review due to their busy schedule, and priorities, when they had good experience, very less people submit reviews, But when they have bad experience it is very likely to give bad ratings, We try our best to resolve the issues if reported and we leave no customer unattained when they complain, Majority of bad reviews here are due to communication gap, we started using trust pilot recently, and invited all of our past customers as well as automatic invite to on going customer orders, The bad reviews you saw are from old customers and we haven't had any dialogue then, they simply left the hope, instead if we get any feedback, and complaint we take action and communicate, and resolve it by providing free remake. (For any customer , who reports issue within 8 to 10 days of receiving, we open case for remake and after some preventive measures to assure that it is genuine case, we approve remake) Your review is appreciated and we will surely help you in your next orders , just let us know what you want and we will manage it for you.
