Measurements Right, Jeans Wrong
I was really disappointed in my experience. I had someone help take my measurements and we followed the step-by-step instructions, watching the videos and reading them. The jeans came fitting completely wrong, almost like they were measured for another person. The waist gapped, the thighs and butt were very loose while the calves and ankles were so tight I can't pull the jeans on all the way (I ordered the comfort fit straight jeans style). The quality of the denim and stitching is very good, and I wish they had come back with the custom fit I was hoping for.

Dear Kate, Thank you for your review, we appreciate the feedback you have provided, and we do make sure we follow the given measurements, sometimes it happens that while taking measurements customer looses the track of reference point on waist line, and due to which this sort of issues arise, We recommend all customers that anyone while placing order, when take measurements, always use ribbon or some sort of belt or reference point of existing cloth they wear over waist to be used, and put exactly where they want their jeans to rest always check front and back of reference line, back would be bit up then front, once you make this point correct, there is very little chance or error, as it decides your Waist, Length, Crotch and Thigh levels and if its not maintained through out taking measurements, this sort of issues may come. Once again thank you for giving us opportunity to respond to this and help us to learn and update our self to improve our services Thank you
