Very well organized services! Hassle free trip. Made our Umrah journey very convenient for us. All the services were on time. We had 2 older ladies and 2 young kids with us and we could not run for every small things. Zain Khan from Taibah travel made our umrah journey smooth, hassle free and convenient. That way we could spend more time in Ibadat! JazakAllah!

Assalamu Alikum, My family, wife and two teenage boys returned from Umrah trip a couple of days ago. To tell you the truth, before our journey I was a bit confused and concerned. But, Taibah Travels (Arslan and his team) made our trip a wonderful experience. Starting from the beginning, purchasing tickets and getting the visa for this trip, Arslan handled everything professionally and in timely manner. Our hotel in Makkah was great, we had the view of the Kabbah from our room. Haram sharif was at a walking distance. Restaurant and everything else was conveniently located at a walking distance. In Madinah, our hotel was less than 5 minutes away from the Entrance number 339 of the Masjid-e-Nabawi. To add icing to the cake, the transportation service that Arslan arranged was great. Drivers were very professional and courteous. I thank Allah Subhana wa Taalla that I met Arslan who helped us throughout the process and made our Umrah trip a great memorable experience. To make this trip even better, the cost that Taibah Travels charged us was less than some of the other companies that we talked to. I would highly recommend using Taibah Travels for Umrah trip.

Arsalan is one of the best agents I have had the pleasure of working with. He made the whole process seamless. Highly recommend and inshAllah planning to go for Umrah again next year with help from Arsalan Bhai. Could not have planned this trip alone. May Allah swt accept our efforts!

We recently completed our Umrah journey, and it was an absolutely seamless experience, thanks to Muhammad Arsalan and his team. What stood out most was their exceptional customer service. Arsalan and his team were always available to answer our questions and address any concerns, no matter how small. Their dedication to making sure everything went smoothly truly made our trip stress-free and memorable. We highly recommend Muhammad Arsalan's services to anyone planning their Umrah and will undoubtedly use their services again in the future. Thank you for making this spiritual journey so special!.

I had a wonderful experience working with Arslan for our recent Umrah trip to Mecca and Medina. He was extremely responsive from the start, answering all my questions promptly and providing helpful guidance. Arslan secured us excellent hotels in both cities, ensuring our accommodations were comfortable and close to the holy sites. He also arranged private transportation with a direct line to the driver, making travel between locations seamless. His friendly and professional service made the entire trip planning process stress-free. Thanks to Arslan’s attention to detail, our Umrah experience was truly unforgettable. I highly recommend his services to anyone planning their umrah.

During my recent Umrah journey I had a truly blessed experience with brother Arslan (Taibah Travels Agency). From visa processing to arranging comfortable accommodations to transportation, every aspect was managed perfectly. Their team was always available to assist and ensure everything went smoothly. I’m deeply grateful for their support and highly recommend them to anyone seeking a well-organized and spiritually enriching Umrah experience.

Excellent Customer Service!!! Arsalan helped us from start to finish despite numerous changes needed to be made to the venue. Definitely recommend them for future Umrah booking. Thank You. Best Regards Mustafa

We just returned from our first trip to Holy Cities Madinah and Makkah. Brothers Arslan and Zain managed our entire trip including flights, hotels and land transportations. Brother Arslan and other customer support staff from Safwa/Taibah travels were always available to make our trip enjoyable and hassle free for us. We appreciated the care, honesty and professionalism of brother Arslan. I am sure he offers the same attention to all his clients as he did for us. We also appreciated the team in Saudi for their hospitality, especially brothers Wahab and Abdurahman. The Saudi transportation customer service was also always available 24/7 on WhatsApp. May Allah bless them all. We highly recommend brothers Arslan and Zain of Safwa/Taibah Travels.
