Arslan was very helpful and answered all my questions and provided me with great service. When we landed we were taken care of right away with transportation. We had tour guides that were super informative and on time. I started booking July to go in November and Arslan was very professional and always answered my questions right away. I will definitely be booking with them again inshallah.

I recently planned my trip with Taibah Travels, and Muhammad Arslan made the entire process seamless. Here’s a detailed breakdown of the services: Flight Booking: Muhammad Arslan booked our flights through Turkish Airlines. The process was simple and efficient — we just had to provide our details and process the payment. The fare was very affordable, though the airline’s service felt a bit underwhelming, comparable to Spirit or Southwest Airlines. However, the smooth booking process and savings made it worthwhile. Hotel Booking: • Makkah: We stayed at Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah, not to be confused with Swissotel Makkah inside the Clock Tower. Both are interconnected, and the walk to Masjid Al-Haram was only 5–10 minutes. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and included breakfast, which made our stay convenient. We had a Haram view, which was amazing, and although the hotel staff tried to upsell us on a Kaaba view room, we felt the Haram view was more than sufficient. For those willing to spend around $200 per night, a Kaaba view room might be worth it, but we were happy with our choice. • Madinah: We stayed at Dar Al Eiman Al Haram, which was another excellent choice. It was just a 5-minute walk from Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, and the main door was conveniently located near the female entrance. The rooms were comfortable, and breakfast was included, making it a great experience. Both hotels were thoughtfully selected, and I appreciated Arslan’s meticulous planning. Transportation: The pick-and-drop service organized through Muhabiya Transport was outstanding. The coordination between the transportation company and us was seamless. Both the driver and the coordinator communicated with us ahead of each pickup and drop-off, ensuring everything ran smoothly. They also handled Ziyarats efficiently and were flexible in adjusting to our schedule, which was a huge convenience. The vans provided were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff spoke fluent English and Urdu, which made the experience even better for us as travelers from another country. The system was well-organized, and I would highly recommend using their service for its reliability and ease. Overall Experience: While the airline experience was average, the hotels, transportation, and overall trip planning exceeded my expectations. Muhammad Arslan’s professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to providing a smooth experience were commendable. Taibah Travels made everything stress-free and well-organized, and I’ll definitely be reaching out to them for future trips. Highly recommended!

My experience with Taibah travels was very smooth. I’m so glad I chose them to do my first umrah with and I didn’t have to worry about anything. It’ll always be very special to me and a special thank you to brother Umar for helping me every step of the way. We had no problems during our stay and if we did it was resolved very quickly. AssalamoAlaikum Wa Rahmatullah Wa Barakatuhu! We, mother daughter with no mehram along, planned to go for Umrah for the first time. I was very anxious in the beginning, but Alhamdulillah! Arslan from Taibah Travels made our Umrah hassle free with everything. He took all my requests and made sure that everything is taken care of. It was well organized.
