Tai TMSReviews of tai-software.com

Tai TMS is a phenomenal system. Very user friendly but most of all very robust. It is well maintained and constantly being improved. There's a plethora of integrations with other platforms to enhance any style of operational need. As well, the system has open API endpoints that allows you to customize your own integrations. Automations galore that streamline processes, saves time and drives bottom line growth. The Tai team is great to work with, understands the world of logistics and are always willing to spend the time to fix any issues and/or research a need / new request.

Tai integrates with our key partners streamlining every process that our team encounters daily. We love the custom workflow options as well, this tool allows you to automate tasks that we want to control. Tai is a great TMS to partner and grow with.

FreightSaver has been proud to partner with TAI TMS for more than 10 years, and we can confidently say we would not be where we are today without them. Their platform is intuitive, thoughtfully designed, and easy for our team to use day to day. What truly sets TAI apart is its customer support. Their team is knowledgeable, responsive, and consistently available when we need help. In an industry where personalized service can be hard to find, TAI always makes us feel like a valued priority—not just another customer. We’re grateful for the partnership and look forward to many more years working together.

We have a great relationship with the team at Tai. They are like an extension of our team. Quick to answer questions and help with problems; their values are in line with ours, and that has been the core for us.

Very happy with Tai, and their support team is also always helpful and quick. We're a 25-year specialty freight and tradeshow brokerage, and TAI runs our day. Quoting, shipment building, dispatch, and reporting all live in one place, which matters when account managers, dispatchers, and our tracking team are all working the same load. I see Tai TMS as a competitive advantage in the marketplace. Would recommend.

We've had a great experience with TAI TMS. For me, one of the biggest benefits is how organized everything is. Loads, documents, carrier information, and customer updates are all in one place, which makes it much easier to manage day-to-day operations and quickly find what you need. The visibility across our business has improved significantly. Everyone is working from the same information, which has enhanced communication and collaboration between planning, tracking, invoicing, and leadership teams. We're spending less time searching for information and more time making decisions. I'm also a huge fan of the automation capabilities. Automating repetitive processes has eliminated a lot of manual work and helped us scale without adding unnecessary complexity. The ability to personalize dashboards and workflows is another great feature because each user can tailor the system to fit their role while still maintaining overall operational visibility. TAI continues to evolve, and it's been a valuable tool in helping us drive efficiency, accountability, and consistency across our operation.
