The phone has not worked since day 1 can not get any reply just need to return it but no return address.

Had to call 911 last night and the first thing I had to tell the dispatcher was.. This phone drops call's nearly every single call made so you might have to call me back. WTH are you kidding me! WORST phone service there is IS Tag mobile. SMH

This company is awful! Got delivery of phone in less than a week. That's the only good point. I put the sim card in. No service at all at first. I check it a few hours later and the phone and text are working, but it won't allow me to set up voicemail. To make a long story short, after hours on the phone I still don't have voicemail. It's been almost 2 weeks; still no. Also, they charge $35. a month for unlimited data. Totally too much for a free government service. Seek elsewhere!!!

This network service is HORRIBLE!! Constantly losing service, dropping calls and searching for network. I was only offered the option to BYOP and shipping was delayed. My data was used while I was home bound and under WI-FI the entire time! It’s incredibly sad! And it is of my opinion that this company is manipulates data in order to have consumers purchase data plans. SHAME ON YOU TAG MOBILE for taking advantage of senior and low income families! YOU GUYS SUCK!!!!

Absolute nightmare of an experience. They hook you in by advertising a free phone, only for that device to magically vanish once you sign up, leaving you with a random SIM card instead. When you try to cancel or get answers, you are trapped in endless, useless automated chat loops where agents brush you off and lie about closing your account. To top it all off, they tried claiming I had already received a free phone from another provider in the past—which is completely false. Shady marketing, zero real customer support, and a total waste of time. I've already cancelled everything and filed an official FCC complaint. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from TAG Mobile.

Total SCAM! If you integrate your own phone you'd probably be okay. But, according to the contract, I was supposed to receive a NEW (low end) cellphone. Bait and switch tactic! Instead, Tag Mobile shipped a refurbished phone that's too DEFECTIVE to even use! Emails, chats go round in circles. No-one does anything to correct the problem. Chatbots that are useless. Correspondence with Representative, Avery included Enrollment ID, detailed specifics about the phone including photos of both front and back (proves there's no external damage) and I still can't get a replacement! It's been over two weeks since taking receipt of a phone I'm unable to use and now I'm back to square one. Tag Mobile got paid and unloaded a piece of garbage on me. Tag Mobile needs to be shutdown! Please spare yourself the headaches and choose another company! If I could leave ZERO 🌟 I would've. Un-freakin' believable.

This place is garbage!!!!!! Sent me a phone that didn't work and now expect me to pay 25 bucks to ship it back ?? GTFOH you want your garbage ass phone back you come get it or you pay to ship it back!!!! We signed up for this service because we couldn't afford a phone in the first place and you scam us by sending us junk!!!! You're a shitty company that needs shut down using the government for your loans to send us garbage.
