I received an email saying I was approved and that my phone would be sent to me, and that I would receive another email with a tracking number. I never received any email, nor the phone and sim card unfortunately.

Would be zero stars were that possible. TAG Mobile and Air Talk Wireless are involved in what appears to be a scheme to defraud state governments and the federal government with respect to the LifeLine service which provides telecommunications service to eligible individuals. I put up a long complaint on Trust Pilot outlining the actions of AT and TAG. That post can be found on TP for those interested in what these two companies -- they are one and the same actually -- are doing to deny service to thousands of people who are qualified under the program. Suggest reading there. Same complaints apply to TAG. Complaints about both can be found on other internet complaint sites too. WARNING! Stay away from both!
