Worst ever!! How are these folks who claim good with Tag even get through to customer service??

I BARELY RECIEVED THE PHONE THEY SENT, STOPPED WORKING THE SAME DAY IT KEPT UDATING THEN IT WOULDNT EVEN STAY ON, THEN AFTER 24 HRS OF WAITING AND TROUBLESHOOTING THE DEVICE FOOLOWING EACH ACTIVATION STEP AND SEARCHING HOW TO SOLVE THE ISSUE IT WON'T TURN COMPLETELY ON. IT AND IT WAS NOT EVEN THE PHONE THEY SAID I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET. CANNOT REACH ANYONE THROUGH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I CANT EVEN USE THE SIM IN A DIFFERENT PHONE.

I was sent a SIM card that does not work and I even tried to reach customer support for help. No one called me back, and I still don't have a working phone. TAG mobile wouldn't even send me a free phone, and I'm still waiting to hear from customer support. I'm really disappointed in TAG mobile.

This phone does not work. Can barely make a call. Internet does not work. Very disappointed ☹️ can you send me a upgrade?

I've been calling for the past 4 days and leaving my phone ringing for more than 4 hours where there is no option to talk to a person. Email support I'm still waiting been 3 days now and had to write again.

You didn't provide me with a phone when that was the only reason I signed a contract. You can improve by making it clear the phone is not guaranteed with your service
