You guys don’t take the time to read anything through. You guys frustrated the hell out of me not reading every single page of my Social Security Verification Letter.

Horrible service

Super easy approval, but it doesn't do what it should. The purpose of a cell phone is to be in contact even when you are out and about, this phone does not do that. I needed to access my bank account this morning to move money because I ran out of gas, I had to walk to a gas station to use their WiFi to do that. I had a flat tire a week ago and I had to walk into a retail store and explain the issue and use their phone to call for help. Sitting here at home beside the router, the phone works well. Relying on it away from home? I'd have as much luck carrying an ear of corn in my pocket! Horrible "mobile" service.

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. To begin with 3 days into having the phone that they provided me with it froze constantly eating up all my data. The touch sensors don't work. So you can push and push and push and it won't go anywhere. The speakers are cracked or something inside the phone because you cannot talk to text. Speaking on the phone is a nightmare because that doesn't understand you you can talk straight to the phone far back close up and it comes out all wrong. Right now it is 10:53 in the morning and I have already received 10 spam phone calls four or five spam text. And I keep getting calls for at least six a day for somebody named Lisa those I have screenshot along with the spam phone calls some days I get 20 spam phone calls an entire day they must have sold my name to every company out there. There answer to my problem when I called them to report the problems with my phone was for me to go ahead and have someone record me using the phone and it's blips when it pops up then go ahead and send the phone in and then they can look at the video in the meantime I do not have a phone. They had to have sent me a used phone passing it off as a new phone because nothing on this phone works properly nothing I spam call after spam call. The most frustrating irresponsible company if I ever dealt with

The experience itself was fine but the phone I got sucks! I can't get on the Internet at all and it's supposed to be an Internet capable phone but my data never works at all. The phone itself is so slow when I try to call anyone or text anyone it lags and messaging ha is a joke just about....I would hate to see what happens if I need emergency services or something because it wouldn't go thru if I was in dire need.

No way to email, all my attempts were blocked, and I don't have a phone yet, which I have repeatedly tried to cancel because I want the Samsung A series offered for $19.99. It is a frustrating nightmare. l am not sure if they received my change of address. How would you rate this service??
