I have had this phone for about 8 months. Phone itself is great, except a game I have needs updated phone settings that unfortunately are no longer available. Its just a game, yes I get it. BUT when I called the customer service line to ask about an upgrade I was on hold for OVER an hour and spoke to no one! Its dumb. Im furious because there is absolutely no reason for no one to answer when the phone hours are 8am- 8pm. I called around 2pm...no reason for no one answering. Im thinking about cutting ties and going somewhere with better customer service.

I’ve had some many issues.. first the speaker on the phone does not work… second the service is so slow… I have a iPhone 7 that I can not update phone so I can’t download important apps like cash app… last but not least. And they don’t provide hotpot.. went on the website to purchase hotspot and they don’t offer this feature.. uhhh I hate it!!!

If I could give zero I would! I ordered this over a month ago. I chose a phone, placed my order, waited forever, they sent me JUST a sim card! Never got my phone! I can NEVER get customer service to answer the phone, I sent emails and all they said was they can give me a $10 "voucher" for another phone. I ORDERED A PHONE ALREADY, I DON'T WANT A FRICKIN VOUCHER, I WANT MY PHONE!! UGH!!!

BEWARE!!!!!!! I CALLED AND CALLED AND CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER NOBODY EVER ANSWERED. I WAS COMPLETELY FED UP AND TRANSFERED SERVICE. I COULDNT GET A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE TO HELP ME SO I CHECKED THEIR WEB SITE WHICH TOLD ME THAT TAG MOBILE DOES NOT HAVE A PORT OUT PIN THAT I AM TO USE THE LAST 4 DIGITS OF MY PHONE NUMBER! WHEN I ISSUED THE PORT OUT THE WAY THEY SAID I HAVE TO DO IT IT WAS DENIED BY TAG SAYING I HAD THE WRONG PIN. IM NOW WITH ASSURANCE WIRELESS THEY HAVE THE BEST PLAN OUT THERE. DO NOT SWITCH TO TAG MOBILE KNOW THAT THE PHONE I RECEIVED WAS SUPPOSED TO BE BRAND NEW, WHEN I PULLED IT OUT OF THE BOX IT WAS CRACKED AND BROKEN. IT HAD MAJOR TECHNICAL ISSUES AND THE SERVICE BARELY EVER WORKED. THEY REALLY NEED TO STEP UP THEIR GAME AND WORK ON THE CONNECTIVITY WITH PHONE SERVICE AS WELL AS A COMPLETE OVERHAUL OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, (AS IT STANDS I DON'T BELIEVE THAT THEY EVEN HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE). THE REALITY OF IT IS THIS "YOUR CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE #1 PRIORITY," PERIOD!! I WAS NEVER NOT ONCE ABLE TO TALK TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, MY ISSUES WERE NEVER ADDRESSED, THEREFORE THEY LOST A CUSTOMER!!! SINCERELY, DAWN GRIMES

the phone only lasted a few months. then they wanted to upsale her on new phone. i tried to get on different plan with infinity. then tag said the name was wrong. then they said they never got the second attempt. then said wait a couple days see if the get it. all this time they was trying to get her to buy a phone and they can just reactivate her number. i eas told bo supervisor was working. then i was told its a 48 hour window for the supervisor to call back. they lied to me and my daughter mutiable times. they said now the number is lock and they cant release it. beware they will send you a bad phone that won't last. then try to upsale you to BUY a new phone from tag. they wont release you phone number to any other provider. it has been almost 2 weeks. the worst customer service

Pieces of crap... Their best speed data is like 2G you can't even operate your social media or even go on a simple HTML page I have been trying to reach a human for assistance via customer service for months they don't have anyone working there this is a government sham. I also spent over $30 buying data and still wasn't afforded speedy internet access 3322288668 run diagnostic... I don't even know why this country allows them to operate as a business doing this BS this is the problem legal loopholes where people get rich off of other people's ignorance instead of making people smarter...you all devil's tbh
