It was easy, simple, and well laid out as to what to do to apply to see if you are eligible. I received email updates of my progress and what i needed to finish to complete my application. I only had one issue and that is the taking a photo of my acceptance letter from s.n.a.p .. My opinion it is a little inconvenient. There should be a way for you to check to see if someone is on any kind of government assistance. But other than that i had no issue
