Terrible customer service, can`t be reached by phone or email you call and you will be put on hold forever, they don`t answer your emails, don't buy their network locked phones because even after fulfilling the term of the contract they will never unlock it from their network, that`s the only company that will not do that, hot spot will not work on their phones, no way of sharing data with your other devices, you can connect to it but no internet service, it is useless, my advice is just choose another company.

It has been 22 days have not received my phone I cannot get a hold of customer service on the phone be on hold for hours contacted them through websites several times no response get response through Facebook page they assure me the phone is coming 3 days ago contact them again today I asked for a refund no longer get a response through Facebook I'm currently on hold with them as I typed it for 25 minutesstill attempting to get a refund for my $88

Tag mobile is very unprofessional they say you can get in contact with them 8am-8pm Monday-Friday but it’s a lie I’ve been call both number for hours and haven’t no live agent they want you to create a ticket and they get back to you whenever that can and that’s not right

You can't fall 911 I had a emergency and your service wouldn't call 911 you need to fix this soon as possible

Phone is cheap and the Internet is ridiculously sad. Air talk isn't worth a damn

Called waited on the phone for 2 hours to no answer been calling for 7 days received the phone the whole screen is damaged supposed to be new phone it's a trash phone I need to know how do I get out of this contract to get another phone through a reputable company do not go with tag mobile they are full of BS and they send out damaged phones and then you have no help no customer service poor communication skills been on hold for a week everyday how do I get out of this and give this phone back do not I repeat do not go with these people

It’s a scam!! I uploaded my info multiple times and even though it was accepted for address verification it won’t for my identity. They have my info and there is no way to contact them.
