I received the phone just fine. This phone is a pos! It freezes up constantly.. then when I dropped it not only did it crack but the phone spit completely in half between back cover and the part of the screen part. And now the phone doesn't have ass work. I have had lots of photos and never fallen apart like this pos. And now the speaker doesn't work and It'.doesn't Ring for calls and texts

My phone started glitching, goes black and can't turn it on at times. i've tried calling holding on for an hour just to see if anyone would pick up. Never did. Worst service I have ever dealt with. They should tell people they dont have any customer service!!!!!!!!

I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM A ZERO,THIS IS THE WORSE FREE PHONE IVE EVER HAD,YOU CAN CONTACT THEM REDELY WHEN YOU FIRST GET THE SERVICE,BUT AFTER THEY GET YOUR INFORMATION YOU CAN NEVER CONTACT THEM,THEY HAVE A ANSWERING SERVICE TELLS YOU TO DIAL THIS NUMBER AND THAT BUT IN THE END THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD WITH MUSIC TO WAIT,IM SWITCHING TO ARRURANCE WIRELESS YOU CAN TALK TO THEM OR COMPLAIN WITH NO BULL S,I STILL GOR 15 UNANSWERED MESSAGES ON MY PHONE AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPT CALL WITH NO SUCCESS ,SURE THEY WI SEND YOU A MESSAGE TO CALL OR LINK SOME PLACE,JUST ANOTHER STALL TATIC.IM COMPLAINING EVERY DAY UNTIL THESE SOB SOLVE MY PROBLEM AND NSWER THEIR DAM PHONE.NO WAY TO TALK TO SOMEONE DONT WASTE YOUR TIMEMY NAME IS ALBERT PAGE AND I DONT GIVE A DAM IF THEY KNOW MY NAME,THEY NOT THE ONLY SERVICE IN TOWN BUT THE WORSE

Got a free phone, so I thought when I applied. No phone number, keeps saying I have to add a SIM card which is a monthly fee. Tried to contact,.needed a 10.didget number I'd which I don't have. That was all when I called customer service. They hung up. Now have a non usable phone!

I went on to your site to try to submit an application for a phone using my EBT card and I have to have a phone number to put in there to get a phone if I had a phone number I could put in there I wouldn't need to ask you for a phone use your brains for this I need to get a hold of you by email I need to submit an application by email and you don't give that option

I never received help no one answered their phone I tried lots of times. My first phone worked great then I had to charge it the phone wouldn't charge. I had to purchase a replacement phone for 83 dollars it was locked from December 28,2025 til January 12 2026 I tried over n over sending messages they ask for the same info over n over. I now want a refund but they only 15 days from delivery to return so I'm outb$83 dollars

Their service sucks, their phones are s*****, when I try transferring my phone number to a company that actually works they're slow playing it and it's been 6 days now and still haven't got my transfer pin yet. Please listen to my review and do not get them unless it's absolutely need

This company freaken sucks it's all bullshit the time frame they give you is bogus and lies ...I do NOT recommend this company .I never got the phone and then fed ex arrival times are bullshit ...!
