TAFS is a scam. I’m Owner operator that factored with Tafs since 2021 . They auto renewed me without my permission. So I wrote a letter in 11/2022 stating I wanted to be out of the contract. I never got a response. I resent the original email which they claimed they never received. Then deleted my email request. Someone their wasn’t even smart enough to know that it deleted on their end but I still had my original email . This time I snapped a picture of the email and sent it as an attachment this way they couldn’t delete it . I sent that message February 8 , 2023 on February 9, 2023 they agreed to let us out on March 12,2023 when contract was suppose to end . We were told we would be provided a letter on that date . March 12 no letter but we got an email . No companies will honor the email because you need an official letter of release. Now they are saying until the debtors pay the invoices ( which they have 30-60 days to pay we can get a letter of release. We also can’t submit invoices to them anymore . Causing us not to pay able to work with any company because no one will work with us without a release letter . This is an unfair business practice . The debtors are responsible for the payment not us but they are using this as a retaliation tactic . Leaving is no way to get paid . If you have went thru a similar problem please reach out to me maybe we can join forces and stop Tafs from taking advantage of hardworking small trucking companies . My company has an IG page with over 100k followers and I will be using my platform to spread awareness to other unsuspecting drivers .DM me @ TruckHstlr on IG to share your story and to band together to find a solution to this unfair business practices from TAFS .

Please truckers run away from these crooks, they’re bunch of thieves!! They’ll renew your contract before even asking you to sign just so they can keep you there and steal your money. Please use a lawyer if they’re playing their dirty cards. If you’re a truck driver and they’ve done this to you, we all nee to gather and file claims to get them to court or make everyone know who they really are. Personally, I’m opening a case against them with my lawyer. This has to stop, these bunch of thieves/cons must be stopped!! WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!

WARNING NEW OWNER OPERATORS!!!! Just like everyone else I'd rate this company a zero. DO NOT give this company the time of day if they call hang up immediately!!! My husband whom is new to this was simply asking questions about fuel card and other savings they offer..well "they cant provide u with accurate information unless they start an application." LIES LIES LIES as soon as they start an "application" Your actually in a binding 1 year contract! They rush you into thing with out giving clear information. They take advantage of your vulnerability. After further research we called back 20 mins later to let them know we weren't going to need there services and were told too bad we had signed into contract😳Trying to contact anyone important is almost impossible via phone or email and they definitely aren't rushed when it comes to returning calls. They have the reviews they deserve on line and are to stupid to relize they truley need to DO BETTER...I have contacted the better business bureau,an attorney and will leave a warning in ever review site I can find!!! I will also spread the word thru out the trucking community and to any truck drivers we train in the future! IF A TAFS REPRESENTATIVE CONTACTS YOU HANG UP ASAP TO SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS NIGHTMARE

I have submitted written terminated multiple times to no avail and have not received any response I’ve never factored anything with them yet they put a lien on my account everytime I call in to speak to a manager I get hung up on or I get transferred to no one picking up. If I knew it was this hard to communicate with this company I would’ve never picked up your phone call. I have emailed the representative before and now the same email responds with it’s not an available email. 0 is more than fair for this company! Unfortunately, we had the worst experience with them. as their client for a full year contact, the customer service was the worst among any other company. They are not answering to collaborating, now they owe us more than $15,000 and there is no good way to contact them and get them release our money; knowing that they got paid from the brokerage companies. what can w do to take our money back as we can't login and don't have an access to their portal. very disappointed and hoped that they would be professional!

WORST Customer service. You sometimes have to wait days for a call back. Their factoring service is garbage and they actually made me feel threatened and extremely uncomfortable when I was not factoring enough with them. I had to explain to them that we no longer had certain contracts. The remaining contract we do have it takes forever to get my money, constant problems .

Please avoid this company they charging too much fees and they won’t pay your own money when i submitted first invoice 1 hour deposit they charged extra 25$ but didn’t received yet second invoice didn’t received too when i setup with them the guy he’s name is Dominick he said no contract you can leave any time today i spoke with them they said i have a contract then i called dominick i heard from him SORRY I CANNOT HELP YOU be careful guys
