Amy M.
Advertises free shipping but if you return an item (at your expense) they deduct shipping off your return so you get dinged both ways. TL:DR their free shipping isn't really free.

Hi Amy, We do offer Free Shipping, not Free Return Shipping. As a small business, we are unable to subsidize shipping. We hope you will continue to support small businesses.
Andrea
Then helmet arrived broken and I cannot exchange it since you sent an email saying there is no exchange or returns
Response from Tack N RiderJul 27, 2023
Hi Andrea We are so sorry to hear the helmet was damaged in transit. Please be rest assured we are sending you a replacement helmet.
Ann C.
Purchased tall dress boots but they were not the right height or calf size so sent them back and re-ordered the correct size. They held $100 on the return. The website says they have the right to charge 10% on a return but $100 is well over that 10% plus a actually purchased another pair of boots. This is not how you treat a new customer.

Hi Ann We are sorry about your experience. Please note our Return Policy is clearly stated on our website. We are a small business (vs big box store), hence unable to subsidize shipping and restocking costs. We hope you will understand that it takes labor, packaging etc costs to ship and process returns.

Not happy with this order. It has not clasp or tie to keep it in place, Not sure why they wouldn't think of this. It clearly can't just sit on top of the horses head and not slide sideways or fall off

HI Rosemary Sorry to hear that the Equiline Soundless Bonnet did not work for you. Please note that it was not advertised to have a tie or clasp. We have other bonnets that are tie-down. We will pass your feedback to Equiline.
