I had a significant problem with my brand new Tablet2Cases keyboard with keys that did not work. I ordered from this company because of their "risk-free promise" -- and that's exactly what they meant. I was told in my first email from Support that I could have a refund or a new tablet. One suggestion was made, which I followed to the letter. However, it did not correct the problem. I chose a new keyboard because I really like it. (As a matter of fact, my new keyboard was just delivered!!) The support staff was excellent.
