Love the product!! The only issue I had was I got the tablet caught on something and the one hook pin broke so it would detach once in a while but a little epoxy fixed it right up! I use this product every day!!

Today I received a replacement for the defective keyboard case from Tablet2Cases and I am charging it up! I'm very impressed with their customer service. I did not have to go to the trouble of mailing back the defective one, which was very helpful to me! I live in a remote area in western Colorado and there are no keyboard cases available locally for my new iPad 9.7.

Did not realize that the case would come directly from China and not your warehouse. It would have come sooner had it not come from China. The case is so-so. It could be better. Had an older tablet and used a RooCase, which was great. Also, no place to put a stylus.
