Bad customer service
I ordered a Bluetooth keyboard. I used expedited shipping. After waiting eight days, I asked for a refund on shipping. They did that. But, now they won't tell me where my order is or when I will receive it. Here's an update. The seller tried to blame Amazon for the problem. Not Amazon's fault. So, they shipped me another keyboard. After 18 days, still no keyboard.

My wife and I seldom have come to experience a company that seems to care about customer service more than Tablet2Cases. This company has kept us informed from start to finish. We received their product and it was as described. We had questions prior to purchase, and they answered them to the best of their ability in a timely manner. Nice job!!
