Customer service that surpasses all others
I recently had an issue with the rubber bits coming off two of the clamps for my keyboard case for my Kindle Fire 10. I wrote to the company and the issue was resolved so quickly. The product is great and we all know things can happen and the company is even better. If all companies had this type of customer service the world would be a much better place. All other companies should strive to have customers service that is at this level. I will continue to buy their products for all future electronics.

Friendly and quick responsive team

Excelent response from Customer Services
I received an excellent response from Customer Services when my iPad keyboard came apart within the guarantee period. The order number, serial number and a Photo of the keyboard were requested. I was given a choice of receiving a replacement or a refund. I chose to have a replacement and a new one arrived within two working days.
