Meilleures salutations, Erma Head of Support - Tablet2Cases

Dear Julieta, Thank you for the review. We work together to reach the best possible outcomes. Tablet2Cases strives to be transparent, supportive, and trustworthy in every interaction with our customers. We expect the same in return. I took the time to read your communication history with us and see that the initial issue is the wrong address. We immediately serviced the address amendment request. I understand the logistics concern of your order. Because of the global pandemic disruption, shipments can take twice longer than usual. When you decided you no longer wish to wait further for the delivery to take place, we immediately return the funds. The product is still on its way to you. It is just a matter of time for the parcel to turn up on your doorsteps. These are challenging, and unprecedented times. Despite these, we continue to focus on providing a top-notch service that customers deserve. All it needed is a little bit more of your patience. I am sorry again for the long wait on the delivery of your order. I hope you and your loved ones are healthy and safe out there! Best regards, Erma Head of Support - Tablet2Cases
