The package finally arrived, looks it was delayed by USPS.
Response from Tablet2CasesJul 8, 2020
Hello Tad, Thank you for the review. I'm sorry to hear that your Cooper Dynamo Rugged case order is yet to arrive. Due to the situation in the United States, the service time and delivery range of parcels may be affected to a certain extent. Our shipping partners are delivering parcels within the delay. Despite these challenging times, we are doing the best we can, given the logistics options available on the given day. Your peace of mind is our top priority. It is for the same reason we made sure to provide the delivery timeframe information on the check out process. At this writing, your package has already reached the US and will be out for delivery soon enough. Hopefully, this gets to you within this week, so you can already enjoy the iPad with the rugged case on it. I am writing to you directly to provide more information and looking forward to hearing back from you. Best regards, Erma Tablet2Cases - Head of Support

My initial review: The tablet case (Bam Bino Cases) I purchased for my Samsung Tab A looks great and so far has protected the tablet from falls. The only thing that I see needs improvement is the legs that fold outward to place on table top, well my little one has managed to remove the legs and I have fixed it various times, but continues to happen because the pins are short. If they were longer they would not be removed so easily by a 2 yr old. Update: since posting the initial review, I received an email from Head of Customer Support almost immediately and expressed concern about my experience. Erma jumped into action and submitted a complaint to the manufacturing team to review and improve the foldout legs and retainer pins.. don't get me wrong, all in all it's still a great case and does what it was designed to do (protect your tablet) great for kids and adults with it's carry handle and accessory strap make it convenient to carry or hang onto back of seat for easy viewing and keep the kids occupied in the car (just around the house now since the pandemic). Thank you Erma for your great customer service, you get a 10 star rating, I really appreciate that from you to make the customer happy and sending a replacement. I'm adding another star, need that improvement to get the 5th for the product.

Hello Jimenez, Thank you very much for the constructive feedback on the product. Our company values put customer satisfaction as the top priority. In light of this, I'd like to discuss the situation with the pin and further investigate the matter. Perhaps this is a one-off product or can be an opportunity for us to improve its mechanism. Our peace of mind guarantee also covers your purchase, so I'd love to layout options and make things right for you. I have reached out to you via direct email and looking forward to hearing back from you. Best regards, Erma Head of Support - Tablet2Cases

Great case! We ordered the Bam Bino Space Suit "kids case" even though we're adults because we needed something sturdier and easier to handle than most cases on the market. We weren't disappointed! The screen guard was a bonus. Great quality and just what we were looking for in a case!
