I recently ordered table covers and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The colors did not match the PMS color I provided, which was critical for my project. While I understand that variations can occur depending on materials and printing processes, the discrepancy was far too significant to overlook. To make matters worse, the customer service was less than satisfactory. Despite assurances of a refund and return label, the process has been unnecessarily delayed, and communication from the company has been unhelpful. I had hoped for a much smoother experience and better quality control. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product or the company's service based on my experience.

However, when we followed up for an update, they suddenly pretended the agreement to reprint never happened. Since then, we have been shuffled around to various representatives, each offering no real solution or accountability. Weeks have passed, and we still do not have the corrected tablecloth. This lack of professionalism and integrity is unacceptable, especially when we were counting on this product for an important event. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values good customer service or reliable follow-through. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.

The quality is really bad and the color they print is not what you give them. Terrible customer service that refuses to take any responsibility or help with replacing a bad product.
