I give these guys five stars for trying. They did not get my order right on the first attempt. The custom length legs they cut for me were off by a couple of inches. Not good. But, what is good was the way they responded -- Instantly apologetic. Instantly recut the legs and sent them out. They arrived quickly and were the exact height they were supposed to be and they are absolutely gorgeous! Everyone makes mistakes. It’s the rare person, or company, that takes the blame and quickly makes things right.
