Your service was quick and professional. However the product came without assembly instructions. Also, the top is not stable because it turns (right & left) on the pedestal. A simple notch system in the base and column would stop this rotation.

Received notice of order placed and note that I would receive notice of shipment and a tracking #. Never got shipment notice. Checked several times and web site said " in fulfillment". Got a call from driver while I was not at home--"your shipment is here", I'm at your house". Lucky I was in town. No notice, no tracking. Second time this has happened. On the website, there is no detail available for a $3,500 order that I needed to reorder. IT dept. needs some work.

Packaging was trashed, bumped , torn and clearly inadequate for the weight of my chrome pedestal. Haven't opened yet, until my handyman installs, but really. Shame on you

Table base: 2000-2230 Certainly the buying experience and delivery was very easy. The Tablebase was perfect for our custom residential project. My only comment is that the cast iron base has some blemishes on the surface that are visible. These would never be noticed in a business but in our dining room we can see them if looking for imperfections. I would rate this 5 stars had the base been blemish free.

Shipping was prompt, selection was excellent. But quality was a little rough. There were a number of burrs on the castings I had to grind off so the parts would fit well enough for assembly.

Base was poorly packaged and a cast iron part broke into multiple pieces. Their customer service people were great though and sent out a new part quickly.
