You sent the wrong size. I just flew 10 hours to a wedding and opened the package of the one dress I packed for the wedding and another dinner….you sent a XS and not a L. This is screwing me over so hard. I even got the room with the ocean view to take pictures in the dress and it’s a XS. Thanks a lot for ruining my trip.

It is very shady that they have a sale and you can't exchange a sale item. It seems like a very misleading way of getting rid of inventory. I will never shop here again and go out of my way to tell others not to.

Why are you not replenishing your inventory? The extreme high cut Kini has been gone for months and no new colors. You need that leopard color back or at least the black? Are you going out of business? I can’t invest and buy more if you can replace some good basics that should always be available. I like your product but you’re forcing me to find another brand.

The dresses are not nice, for the price. Dont fit well. Too thick.

When I initiated the return, money were supposed to go back to my card. Instead, they are giving me store credit. With the store credit I cannot use any discounts or even my own reward. They’re saying that it’s because it’s out of 21 day but I started returning before 21 days and it gave me option of going back to my card; it is not my fault that it took them so long to give me a return label. I mailed it out the day I got your return label.I was trying to call them so many times in between; different days, different times and every time it says that I’m calling outside of the Customer Service time.

I ordered the swimsuit 5 weeks ago which haven’t arrived yet. Now i cannot wear to my vacation. So I have nothing to review

Disappointed on the quality and the fit /size of the product. Measurements are inaccurate. Very unhappy with customer service as well .
