The Magenta/Black Mesh Surfy faded after wearing once and then faded even more the second time I went in a pool. I have made contact with customer service and am waiting for their response.

Charging a restocking fee is not good customer service. We pay top dollars for your items. I will not buy from your company moving forward.

I recently placed an order but accidentally had it shipped to an old address. I realized the mistake right away and immediately emailed to ask if the shipping address could be updated before the order was processed. The following day, I was told that orders cannot be changed once they’re placed, even though the package had not yet shipped. I was advised to “find someone” to pick up the package for me, but the order is being sent to a completely different state, and I don’t have anyone who can help. When I explained this, the response I received was simply, “Thank you so much for sharing your feedback we truly appreciate it. While we weren’t able to make the ideal adjustment this time, your input helps us improve our processes, and we’re taking it to heart. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s anything else we can do for you.” At this point, I’m left without the expensive swimsuit I purchased, which feels incredibly unfair. I took immediate action to correct the mistake, and it seems unreasonable that there’s no solution, especially since the order hadn’t shipped when I reached out. I strongly believe this should be corrected so I can receive the item I paid for. This is really a shame because I really like their swimsuits but this shouldn't be an issue especially when I reached out right after I made the order. I hope the company makes some changes so this doesn't happen to anyone else. I really like their swimsuits but this left me feeling super disappointed and not sure if I want to buy from them again.

Each time I've purchased a swimsuit from this company, it never fits properly. I had questions about the last suit I bought, but I called them numerous times & no one ever answered the phone. Their trouble shooting guide led me to exchange the suit for a larger size, which I did, and this suit is entirely too large & now I cannot exchange it. I tried emailing but no response yet. There is a narrow 21 day window for returns & it looks like I'm now stuck with 2 of their suits that don't fit. The suits are well made & costly, but their service isn't great. I believe these swimsuits only fit a select few women. SO FRUSTRATING!!!

I purchased 2 suits, one of which I exchanged for an alternate size plus added an additional shirt onto my return for purchase. However the two items that I just received don’t fit (exchange size & additional purchase) and their return system isn’t working as it did on my first order. I’ve reached out to the company multiple times now and they have not responded on how I can return these items. They provide an email address but then don’t respond to the emails you send requesting assistance. There is also only a 21 day return policy so you are working against their timeframe without any response from them. Given this experience, I would not recommend them.

not made for plus size bodies..have tried almost every style in 3 different sizes each and none fit a plus size body well..either too big/too much fabric, too short on the torso (even long length), too high cut, or too small without enough stretch
