The items I purchased went on sale less than 24 hours of my order. I reached out to customer service and they offered me “a one time deal” that wouldn’t allow for exchanges - what a joke. I expected more. I will be returning the entire order based off that.

I emailed you guys to get help doing a return and NO RESPONSE. I measured, ordered, it didn’t fit. Re-measured, ordered again. STILL DIDNT FIT. I NEED HELP DOING THESE RETURNS AND NO ONE IS ANSWERING ME AND THE APP KEEPS CRASHING. This is terrible customer service. I am very unhappy in every way with this whole process.

I've ordered Brazilian Plungey - Symmetric Leopard in XS according to the size guide and I can barely breath in it! reply - I'm not between the sizes, my measurements are even less than XS. I left my feedback on TA3 website, but they didn't publish it!

Poor quality suit for a very expensive price. When I went to return it they said it was final sale but I never saw that noted on the original listing when ordering (I wouldn’t have ordered it!! Who can just waste $188 in this economy?! Was hoping it would give me a small bit of confidence but it did not), nor was it listed on my order confirmation. So now they will only give me store credit for a suit that’s almost $200 with visible threads and a ripped strap.

Wife is 5 foot seven, followed your guide lines for bust , height, age, weight, and adjusted straps suit did not fit good at all. a crappy product considering the price

Their policy of no refunds on sale items is not only rigid, but completely unreasonable given how their shopping model works. There is no way to try on items before purchasing — no fitting room, no virtual sizing tool, no sample option. You're expected to blindly commit to a purchase and hope for the best. And if it doesn’t fit or meet expectations? Too bad. You're stuck with it. This setup feels deliberately designed to trap customers. Most reputable retailers understand that online or sight-unseen purchases come with risk, and they offer flexibility to account for that. Not here. The lack of transparency and customer support is disappointing, and frankly, it feels exploitative. I won’t be shopping here again, and I’d advise others to think twice before making a purchase — especially if it’s sale items. A company that refuses to stand behind its products or support its customers doesn’t deserve your business.

I tried to cancel my order before it shipped because the address was wrong I even called and left several messages and did not receive a response until the order was shipped a few days later and now they will not do anything to help me. Really sucks because I had two more in my cart I just wanted to handle the first order They dont care they got there money And someone else got a very expensive swimsuit

Use a 30% off coupon. While checking out nowhere did it state that you could only return for an exchange or store credit. Now I am stuck with an $800 credit. Very unscrupulous on their part to not make it clear that if you use this coupon code, you will not be able to get your money back. ***I also want to note that the promotional emails sent from TA3 for 30% off coupon did NOT have any mention of not being able to return for a full refund. you clearly didn’t consult your legal department on this. Do better!
