I purchased this authentic watch from this company back in January had taken a little over a month to receive it... all good worked perfect app is basic but useable and after 3 months watch started flashing uncontrollably and then blanked out. Finally got in contact with them very very slow to reply they could see it was an original not a fake. I had video of the problem and they basically wanted me to post watch back to them to check it was not working and that it was original... I live in Australia and postage was nearly 1/3 the cost of watch... Shocking customer service. Poor product... keep clear of them they just want your money. I purchased a GBD100 gshock smart watch and haven't looked back..
