T1 Tact WatchReviews of t1tactwatch.com

I can't thank the team at T1 tact enough for their support. I would highly recommend this product and Company.

I found out that I needed to take the battery out and replace it for it to work. The staff was very helpful, patient and courteous to me when solving the problem with my new amazing watch. I am still learning how to do everything with my T1 watch but just pleased to finally getting a watch that will hold up to my rough activities. Thank you so much to the staff at T1 Tact watch for everything.

This a great little piece of kit for the kinds of places you wouldn't normally dare take a watch. Solid as a rock, easy to use and it looks the part - fast delivery too considering it came from California. Honestly for the price I couldn't ask for more - a simple and super-heavy-duty smartwatch that does its job with no fuss...thanks guys!

So just got my watch after and unfortunate delay due to the pandemic. The team were amazing though. Fully kept me up to date and really showed high level customer care. The product / the watch itself is top top quality!! Money well spent and well worth waiting for. I’m a watch fanatic and have many, including smart watches but this IS BY FAR the best watch. Perfect for when I go running hiking with my dog, in all weathers. Thank you team! I will 100% recommend you!

I purchased this authentic watch from this company back in January had taken a little over a month to receive it... all good worked perfect app is basic but useable and after 3 months watch started flashing uncontrollably and then blanked out. Finally got in contact with them very very slow to reply they could see it was an original not a fake. I had video of the problem and they basically wanted me to post watch back to them to check it was not working and that it was original... I live in Australia and postage was nearly 1/3 the cost of watch... Shocking customer service. Poor product... keep clear of them they just want your money. I purchased a GBD100 gshock smart watch and haven't looked back..
