As a fraud investigator I can confirm this is a scam and not a legitimate business.

Constant calls from same area code, different numbers, sometimes two or three a day & at least 3 times a week. Asked them if they were licensed to do business in Canada. Said they had office in Ontario but couldn't tell me where. If you call back one of their numbers the calls either won't go through or number is not in service

If this is the best Trustpilot can do verifying business then avoid Trustpilot. Alex Watson is their Senior Funding Advisor who is Emma Watson's brother, likely a fake person. The phone numbers are fake, they take you to a call sequencer which redirects you to various businesses like Vivint, Unicus Capital, and other scammers. Ask Synergy Financial for their Secretary of State ID #, they hang up. Ask them what State they are incorporated in, they hang up. The addresses they give are call centers using remote access. Their New York address is vacant, I have a friend that works are that address, and it is a vacant suite on the seventh floor. Check with Loopnet.

I receive multiple calls from different exchange number, but always say they are from Synergy. I do not need a loan and ask to be removed several times. Upwards of over 20 calls now. This is just harassment now. If I want a loan, I deal with local banks, not some unknown company who refuses to come to meet me in person.

This Company is very misleading when the hold team lie to cover up each is very ridiculous and sad... They are not in business to help any business they here to STEAL.. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST DNT BELIEVES NOTHING THEY SAY CONSUMERS

Harassment to say the least! It Seems like an endless Cycle, You get calls daily some time serval a day. You Ask them to remove you, yet that is not the case. Currently filing harassment Charges with the courts and secretary of state.

Received a call yesterday immediately asking for the Owner. I said he doesn't take unscheduled calls so he just hung up without a word. I called back and reported this to a "manager" and asked to have our business # removed. I got a call again today - same place. Asked the same thing and I said: the own doesn't take calls. The guy's response was: what does he take then - dick? and hung up. I again called and spoke to supposed Senior Manager Ben Collum who said he would handle this. Absolutely gross phone manners from this place. I have no idea what service they offer but initial cold calls indicate unethical and uneducated employees and it starts somewhere, i.e. the top of the company food chain. decide for yourself.
