Does anyone have a real working number, email, name or address for this fake piece of crap illegal scamming company?

This is another outfit making money off ill knowledge senior Citizen. Have people switch to a Medicare advantage plan who will not authorize care seniors need. In my case taking advantage of my sister give poor advice from a poorly educated representative name Sam. Someone who is not in healthcare just make bonuses off switching seniors.

I was sold an Investment-Linked Policy (ILP) by Toby M Williams, a financial advisor representing Synergy Financial Advisors, as a long-term wealth building solution. After 7 years of monthly contributions, I invested a six-figure sum and got almost the same amount back — a roughly 3% annual return. That’s it. To put that into perspective, the S&P 500 returned around 12-14% per year over the same period, the DAX around 8-10%, and even Singapore’s CPF — which is completely risk-free — returned 4%. So I took on full investment risk and ended up with returns worse than a government savings account. What makes this worse is that Toby never once reached out during this time to flag the poor performance or suggest alternatives. No portfolio review, no proactive advice — nothing. I was essentially left to watch my money stagnate while paying substantial fees buried in the product: admin fees, investment fees, plan fees, and surrender penalties that lock you in. This isn’t a review about how nice the advisor was. This is about results — and the results were terrible. The money I could have made by simply putting the same amount into a low-cost index fund would have been significantly more. If you’re considering financial advice here, please do your own research on low-cost index funds before signing up for any ILP. The numbers speak for themselves.

Charged late fee when electronic transfer (paid in full) was one day early on a Friday, but not processed until the next work day which was a Monday! Terms state that I had until midnight of the due date, which was on a Saturday! Phone conversation was very difficult as the representative spoke broken English with a heavy accent! Complete spam callers. I can't even count how many times I asked to be taken off their list. Everytime I block their number, they try to call me back with a private or different number. I have taken to reporting every phone I receive. Sometimes, I receive calls from them multiple times a day. This has been going on for over a year.

Jack Hernandez has a very nasty attitude and talks to clients like they are his children. I let him get away with it once thinking he slipped but had to check him and hang up on him when I realized he thought it was acceptable behavior. All this was while he was expecting me to do business with him!

Bunch of spamming criminals.

This company has spammed me for over 3 years, with multiple requests to not be contacted again, they continue to spam me. They operate under other fake names as well, "Quick Access Capital" amongst others. This should be illegal.
