I had a refund deposited into there hands of 1300$ and can't have it until my account balance is at 2000$ what type of bullsh it is that. Is that there normal business acts or are they scamming me.? There customer service is no help and rude. There answer is always in a text or email so you don't know who's really on the other end

I received a cold call from this company, even though my number is on the Federal and state "do not call" lists. A pushy salesperson kept asking me for the details of my small business (which I don't have) and claimed they're FDIC insured (they're not).

Rep claims to be in good standing; but they are not. They are actually rated F. Yes, they call every day, with another bogus name. The person I was told is named as Jordan Davis. He's pushy and way over zealous in his communications.

From application through to approval process and finally funding, I find the process stressful. What I found with Ryan from Synergy is that he fought for me and worked hard to minimize the stress involved.
